ShuttleIQ: Beep Test
Terms of Use
1. License
ShuttleIQ is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add information specific to ShuttleIQ. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
2. ShuttleIQ Pro
- ShuttleIQ is free to download. ShuttleIQ Pro unlocks more: every protocol, unlimited athletes in team tests, AI Coach, advanced analytics, PDF and CSV exports, AI Line Judge, Trainer mode, the TV scoreboard and custom distances.
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store in your currency.
- The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible customers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless it’s canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To use Pro on another device with the same Apple Account, tap Restore purchases in the app’s Settings.
3. Health and safety
The beep test is a maximal-effort test: you keep running until you can no longer keep up with the beeps.
- Talk to a doctor before maximal exercise if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury or another health concern, if you’re pregnant, or if you haven’t exercised for a long time.
- Warm up, run on a non-slip surface with enough space behind each line, and wear suitable shoes.
- Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or pain.
- Children and teenagers should take the test under the supervision of an adult, such as a teacher or coach.
- ShuttleIQ is not a medical device. VO₂max, forecasts, norms and AI tips are estimates for training, not medical advice or a diagnosis.
4. Your data
You’re responsible for the data you enter, including data about other people. See section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
We build ShuttleIQ with care, but we can’t guarantee it will always be free of errors or available. Liability is governed by the Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Changes and contact
We’ll publish any changes to these terms on this page and update the date at the top. Questions: chochoapps@gmail.com.
